With 11 days to the presidential elections in the country and the general elections, the issuance of the Permanent Voters' Cards, PVCs, by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has been sort of shoddy.

Many Nigerians have faulted the handling the distribution of the cards, with some saying it is a ploy to disenfranchise voters while some agents of INEC have been accused of using the card distribution as an avenue to extort money from potential voters.

Though INEC has said that the cards are being given out to those who registered, 92.3% of Pulse Nigeria Poll voters say they have not been able to get the cards while only 7.7% say they have gotten theirs.

This is the poser on the poll yesterday, 2 February, 2015:

Have you collected your Permanent Voters' Card yet?

7.7% - Yes

92.3% - No

So how would you vote?
