Top fashion brand, Kinabuti supported by Nigeria's entertainment & lifestyle platform online, Pulse.ng will be bringing together super stars, Genevieve Nnaji and D’banj for a charity Christmas concert under the Kinabuti Fashion Initiative (KFI). The event which will help raise funds for the children of the Orile-Iganmu local government area in Lagos is set to take place on December 14th.
In partnership with the Orile Iganmu Progressive Association (OIPA), Kinabuti aims at passing a strong message of hope to the children of the community. In addition, the initiative supported by Pulse.ng also seeks to creating a foundation for youth empowerment and sustainability within the community.
According to Kinabuti co-founder Francesa Rosset, the initiative will mark an official beginning of a long term cooperation which focuses on bringing socio-economic development to local regions in Lagos state.
Speaking exclusively to Pulse.ng, Francesca stated:
“This is the first activity under the KFI and we have chosen the Torch Bearer School by Savage Lane in Orile-Iganmu local area to celebrate this year’s festive season. It’s to bring assurance of a more continuous relationship while still maintaining its priority within the Niger Delta”.
The Kinabuti Fashion Initiative Christmas concert is scheduled to hold on December 14th at Torch Bearer School by Savage Lane, Orile-Iganmu and will have Genevieve Nnaji and D'banj in attendance. It will also feature performances from several artistes including Ikechukwu.
