On Monday, the World Health Organization (WHO) announced the devastating news that Suya, bacon and other delicious processed meats can cause cancer.

Surprisingly, Susannah Mushatt Jones, 116 who was officially declared the oldest person in the world earlier this year eats four strips of bacon for breakfast every morning.

Certainly, that means eating suya does not have anything to do with dying early or having cancer yeah?

Still kicking it at 116,  she understands that processed including bacon and suya is one of the only things worth living more than a century for.

Unlike some other super-centenarians, Mushatt Jones doesn't claim to have a secret to her longevity - although the fact she has never smoked or drunk may have something to do with it.

She has been known on one occasion to put her longevity down to not being married for long, however. She was only married for five years, between 1928 and 1933, and never had children.

Mushatt Jones was 19 years old when World War One ended, and when man first landed on the moon in 1969, she was already an old lady, at 70 years old.
