The Siberian Husky mistakenly ate the Krispies from the bag of his owner's friend.
"After investigating we established that he had went into one of our friend’s bag and ate his Rice Krispies treat filled with marijuana" wrote Loki's owner Tony Costa Movies.
Even though it's not cool, you can't help but laugh at watching Loki trip of cannabis.
