Pervert Police arrest 21-yr-old man for raping 3-yr-old girl in Kaduna

A 21-year-old man who raped a three-year-old girl in Kaduna has been arrested by the police in that state.

A 21-year-old man, Emmanuel Francis, has been arrested by operatives of Kaduna State Police Command for allegedly raping a three-year-old girl.

Francis, a resident of Dan-Raka Estate, Samaru, in Zaria area of the state, was said to have raped the infant on Thursday, October 13, 2016.

The Divisional Police Officer (DPO), in charge of the Sabongari Division, SP Ahmed Musa, while parading the suspect, said the case was reported to the division by one Kamal Aliyu.

“I received a phone call at about 3pm on Thursday from one of our staff, Kamal Aliyu, who lived in the same compound with the accused and the parents of the victim.

I immediately mobilized our men to the scene. When they arrived at the house, they discovered that people had nearly lynched the accused, but for Aliyu, who locked him up in his room after persuading the crowd,” Musa said.

The DPO added that the girl was taken to Major Ibrahim Abdullahi Memorial General Hospital for medical examination to ascertain the fact and level of penetration while the case would be charged to the court after investigation.

While confessing to the crime, Francis said he was under some satanic influence when he committed the crime.
