Fast & Furious 7 Halts For Cast To Mourn Paul Walker Properly

Producer says the Fast & Furious cast have had to halt filming on the 7th movie. They are mourning Paul Walker's death.

Producer of the movie Fast & Furious, Neal Moritz says production is on hold at the moment because the cast and crew need to mourn Paul Walker’s death before they can think of how to proceed with the movie. The deceased was reported to begin shooting key scenes of Fast & Furious 7 this week in Atlanta.

According to TMZ, ‘Moritz was somber and struggled for words last night at LAX’ as he explained why the blockbuster will have to halt production for now.

Meanwhile, Paul Walker’s co-star, Vin Diesel, whom fans have been waiting to hear from, finally dropped a touching tribute for his friend on Facebook on Monday night:

"To live in the hearts we leave behind, is not to die."Thomas Campbell.Pablo, I wish you could see the world right now... and the profound impact, your full life has had on it, on Us... on me...I will always love you Brian, as the brother you were... on and off screen.Diesel later shared a photo of the two during what looks like a press tour for "Fast & Furious 6" (side). Brian, of course, is a reference to Walker's character in the films, Brian O'Conner.

He said, “Its hard… every now and then I’ll really break down. Meadow [Paul’s 15-year-old daughter] has been taking it real hard but thankfully she’s been surrounded by family and friends who love her”.

As to how he thinks Paul would love to be remembered, he said, “he loves to stand and watch the ocean holding his surf board with one hand…I think he’ll love that view”So far, it remains unclear what will happen to Fast & Furious 7 or the future of the hugely successful action franchise.
