M-Net Africa's Biola Alabi resigns after several years of meritorious service

Recent developments suggest that the Managing Director of M-Net Africa, Bisola Afolabi, has resigned. It is reported that she dropped the letter some days ago, and rumours have it that this was done under controversial circumstances. While some claim that she was forced to resign, others affirm that it was voluntarily done.

The ‘Boss Lady’ has accomplished outstanding achievements with the media company, and has spearheaded various projects by the Africa Magic channels. Having once made it to the 11th position of the Forbes Most Powerful Women list. She was also honoured in 2012 as a Global Ambassador, she stands out as one woman to be reckoned with.

Africa Magic has appointed Wangi Mba Uzoukwu, as its first Regional Director. Here's wishing the now former M-Net boss all the best in her future endeavours.
