In the face of the Ebola scourge, handshakes have been replaced with other seemingly safer modes of greeting.
At an emergency meeting between the president and state governors over the Ebola virus yesterday in Aso Villa, handshakes were readily replaced with the seemingly safer "chop knuckle" option.
Also, on a commissioning trip to Poland, First Lady Dame Patience Jonathan was spotted adopting the new handshake as she greeted officials of the Nigerian Embassy in Poland.
