The controversial Assistant Inspector General, Joseph Mbu, arrested a man and his dog on Saturday while inspecting activities at a polling unit.

Sunday Oduyemi, a man in his mid 20s, was arrested at Egbeda Area of Lagos, reports say.

Mbu ordered the arrest of the man and his dog when Oduyemi could not give a satisfactory reason for walking around with the dog.

Even when the Oduyemi said he was a musician, Mbu handed him over officer of Area M.
