Reports claim the 20 year old singer rudely placed his hands on the super model’s boobs in public! But Klum thinks otherwise!

Despite previous claims that pop star Justin Bieber sexually assaulted 42 year old Heidi Klum at the amFAR Gala in Cannes France, the super model now says, it was not true and Biebs is one of the most polite boys she's ever come across.

The rumours sparked when pictures showing Bieber's hand almost on top of Heidi's breast landed online last Thursday.

In a recent interview with Page Six [Monday May 26], Klum insists that Justin Bieber was not touching her as the photos portrayed adding it was just a misunderstanding. "It maybe looks like that because sometimes in pictures things look a little . . . I'm like, what are they talking about?"

Seemed to be baffled at the thought that the singer would have done such a thing, the statuesque Project Runway host instead praised the Boyfriend singer’s manners. "He's very polite and very nice."

Even though, Justin certainly looked like a gentleman the night the photograph was taken at the amfAR Gala at the Cannes Film Festival, Heidi clearly only had eyes for one man on the night as she was seen enjoying a PDA fest with toy boy Vito Schnabel.

But come to think of it, why is Justin's hand NOT on Heidi's waist?
