Should Nigerians revenge the xenophobic attacks on SA companies?

Many Nigerians have called for revenge attacks on South African companies based in Nigeria following the xenophobic attacks on Nigerians and their businesses in that country. What do you think?

South African xenophobia attacks

In the past one week, the attention of the whole world has been drawn to the xenophobic attacks going on in South Africa where other African immigrants are being targeted by indigenes.

Black foreigners are being dehumanized, beaten, maimed, killed and their businesses and properties vandalized and burnt down.

Nigerians are not left out of the attacks as their lives are in danger while their businesses have been suffering as well. According to the Nigerian consul-general, Nigerians have lost more than N21 million since the attacks started.

This spate of hate attacks have led many back home to consider taking radical actions against some South African businesses located in Nigeria.

Though this seems an extreme step to take seeing that some of the companies have employed lots of Nigerians while they also contribute to the economic growth of the country, some hot headed youths believe that is the only way to exact revenge.

On Morning Teaser today, we ask: what do you think Nigeria and Nigerians should do in this case?
