This teenager has been declared wanted by her family after she disappeared from home.

The missing Hikma Atanda

The family of this 16-year-old girl, Hikma Atanda, are in deep sorrow as the girl has been missing from home since Saturday, November 21, 2015.

According to an urgent message sent to Pulse, the distraught parents say the girl left their house in Kano State for a school lesson in the morning of the fateful day and has since not returned.

The message read:

"HIKMA ATANDA is missing. She is 16 years old. She left her house in Kano this morning (21/11/15) for a lesson in their school and we are yet to see her.

Kindly include her in your prayers and you can also help in contacting the necessary authorities.

In case there is any information about her; please contact or or the nearest police station. Attached is her photograph."
