Marie Holmes, who scooped the whooping sum of £120 million in a lottery had set her hopes on spending her winnings on her four children but as it is, she has now been forced at several times to dig deep into her cash reserves in order to free her partner Lamar McDow from the trap of the law into which he seems to always fall.

The fiancé, Lamar McDow who was accused of arranging a street race on Saturday was arrested on Tuesday for violating the terms of his pre-trial release on earlier charges, WECT-TV reported.

His millionaire fiancée, Marie Holmes, is believed to have footed the £8million bill for his release.

That payment made it one more time the lottery winner had had to bail her man, as she had done so three times before.

She coughed up £2million in March only two weeks after scooping the £120million jackpot.

She then paid £4million in August to free her beau from prison in North Carolina after he was arrested on suspicion of trafficking and intending to sell heroin.

McDow was bailed again in October and investigators in the Brunswick County Sheriff's Office claim he is a gang member, the StarNews of Wilmington reported.

Deputies said he conspired in a street race that saw two Corvettes going about 100 mph Saturday night, according to the news outlet.

McDow was arrested in November last year following a yearlong investigation into drug trafficking rings, the New York Daily News reported.

While he was behind bars, his girlfriend, Holmes won a Powerball jackpot, taking home £56million after tax after choosing the lump sum payment.

The single mum-of-four said she would use the money to finish college and set up tuition funds for children, one of whom has cerebral palsy.

Those lovely plans could be in jeopardy if her man continues to get caught on the wrong side of the law. She has had to pay over £14 million already. It wouldn’t be long before the lottery money is exhausted if the boyfriend continues at this pace.
