Abba and Halima on their wedding day

The adage that love can be found even in the most difficult times played itself out when two displaced lovers living in an Internally Displaced Persons Camp in Fufore, Adamawa State, Abba Yusuf and Halima Lawal, got married, reports Daily Trust.

The couple who are both from Borno State (Yusuf hails from Mararaba Bama) while (Lawal is from Tarmuwa Village), are among thousands of Nigerian who have been displaced from their homes in the volatile North-Eastern parts of the country by the dreaded Boko Haram insurgent sect, but even in their circumstance, they still showed that love can conquer all.

The couple were joined in Holy Matrimony on Sunday, October 25, in a wedding Fatiha witnessed by officials of the National Emergency management Agency (NEMA).

Wishing them a happy married life.
