Suspected student rapist arrested after jumping from storey building in failed attack
A final year student of a university in Nigeria who attempted to rape a female colleague has been arrested after he injured himself while escaping.
According to sources in the institution, the suspected rapist who did not know the girl would put up any resistance, plummeted out of the window of the two storey building and landed inside a gutter where he sustained severe injuries, leading to his capture by other students who were on his heel.

He was arrested and handed over to the school's security men who later transferred him to the police in the town.
