Music genius Pharrell Williams is making fashion history with his big old hat and his forthcoming album could make even bigger history. He titles it, G I R L and says it’s dedicated to femininity because women make his world go round.

"Women are my bosses!" he says.
The 'Happy' singer says women have been so good to him and are a core influence on his much anticipated album. G I R L has songs like happy which has already taken him on top of the charts and won him some nominations.
Speaking at the BRIT Awards 2014 backstage, where he recently performed alongside Nile Rodgers, he explains,
"If I wanted to make an album I wanted an album which could say what I’ve always wanted to say and dreamed of and women have been so good to me over my entire career and have done so much for my family."

"Every living breathing human beign in this planet need women in two special ways: the agreement to enter the act and the agreement to have you ..." he goes on.
"The album is GIRL is in capital letters and two spaces in between each letter. It looks weird.”
