Food brand wins overall 'Brand Award Of The Year' for 2016

The award ceremony brought together industry stake holders and supporters to celebrate the marketing teams that have made outstanding contributions to the industry.

The Advertisers Association of Nigeria (ADVAN) which is the umbrella body for all advertisers in Nigeria on Saturday 29, October 2016, at the MUSON center Lagos held a well attended award night tagged “ADVAN awards for marketing excellence 20166”.

It was described as the biggest brand award event in Nigeria.

Several entries were submitted by brands including Indomie, Coca Cola, MTN, Unilever, Etisalat,

P&G, Nestle, Nigerian Breweries, First Bank, Guinness, PZ Cussons, Friesland Campina, Airtel, Stanbic IBTC, Honeywell, Cadbury, Grand Oak, Nigerite etc.

Indomie was unanimously voted as 'Brand of the year 2016' (Most prestigious award category) - Runners up being Coke & Heineken.
