The trigger happy police man that shot an innocent citizen, Ikeokwu Onyemachi, to death in Aba, the capital of Abia State, identified as Corporal Patrick Kalu, is undergoing orderly room trial and will be dismissed from the force to face criminal trial if found culpable, the State Commissioner of Police, Habila Joshak, has stated.

A police officer who killed an innocent civilian is undergoing orderly room trial and could be dismissed if found guilty.
Joshack disclosed this when he paid a condolence visit to the bereaved family of the father of two who was shot dead shortly after he and a friend deposit the corpse of a late relative in a mortuary.
Corporal Kalu and his colleagues were said to be on a patrol when the accosted Onyemachi and the friend, seizing their motorcycle but as he dragged with them, the policeman shot him in the head.
