Five suspects in oil theft, arraigned by EFCC
Five suspected oil thieves have reportedly been arraigned by the EFCC before a Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
The suspects who were initially arrested by officers of the Nigerian Army, have been identified as, Sokari Iminabo, Segun Olagunju, Uche Emmanuel, Obinna Ezinne and Tiny Patience.
The suspects were reportedly arraigned on a two count charge of illegal dealing in petroleum products.
They were brought before Justice I.J Watilla of the Federal High Court, sitting in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
The suspected oil thieves were reportedly arrested on 26 April, 2016 at Anyako waterside in Sama Community, Asari Toru LG, Rivers State.

The Army officers reportedly recovered a locally constructed metal tank, housed in a Man Diesel truck to convey illegally refined Automative Gasoline Oil (AGO) concealed in poultry feeds at the point of the arrest.
