Man, 34, gets 3 months imprisonment for contempt of court
The Senior Magistrate, Mr S. O. Banwo, who gave the verdict, however, did not give the convict any option of fine.
Olarewaju, who lives at No. 23, Oguntolu St., Iyana-Ilgbo, Ota, Ogun, had pleaded guilty to a charge of contempt.
The Prosecutor, Sgt. Chudu Gbesi, told the court that the convict committed the offence on March 22 at about 9.00 a. m. at the court.
Gbesi said the convict disregarded the court’s order by jumping bail.

He said the offence contravened Section 133 of the Criminal Code, Laws of Ogun, 2006.
