The accused, 29, resides at No. 5, Grace St., Bariga, Lagos, was arraigned for a two-count charge of break-in and stealing.

Earlier, the prosecutor, Sgt. Onaiwu Iyobosa told the court that the accused committed the offences on April 12 at about 3.00 a.m. at No. 11, Olomowewe St., Bariga.

Iyobosa said the accused broke into the apartment of the complainant, Mike Obi while he was sleeping and stole his Tecno phone.
