Eyewitness report says it took the help of LRU officials to get the driver out of the damaged car.

Gbagada express accident

According to an eyewitness, the incident occurred shortly after 11 pm when a Toyota Venza with three passengers ran into a truck.

The driver of the truck reportedly ran off with the keys, leaving the occupants of the damaged car.

Two of the passengers were able to get out without issues.

Unfortunately, the driver was not as lucky as it took the help of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency's response unit (LRU) officers to get him out of the vehicle.

They were all rushed to the hospital afterwards.

The occupants of the damaged car were reportedly coming back from a wedding when the scary incident took place.
