Project Semicolon as it is know is an initiative that is ‘dedicated to presenting hope and love to those who are struggling with depression, suicide, addiction and self-injury.’

In the world of tattoos, there is a new fad.

There a hundreds of thousands of people who are inking semi-colons on different parts of their bodies.

Why?

Project Semicolon as it is know is an initiative that  is ‘dedicated to presenting hope and love to those who are struggling with depression, suicide, addiction and self-injury.’

The mark is used by a writer when he does not want to end a sentence if though he or she can. It is used to represent continuity instead of finality.

It's not really a bad idea for people battling with depression and suicide. The tattoos offer them hope to go on.
