A male prisoner who had regular sex with two female prison staff has filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against the women.
A registered sex offender serving a prison term in a Washington County Jail, Jeng-Li Delgado Galban, has filed a sexual harassment suit against two female employees of the prison after they allegedly had sex with him, reports Metro UK.
Galban filed the lawsuit at an Oregon court after he reported that the two ladies lured him into their offices and had sex with him several times.
In the suit, Galban said that the employees used their influential positions to have sex with him against his wish, though he admitted to voluntarily having sex with the employees.
The women, Jill Curry and Brett Robinson, who served as maintenance technicians in the maximum security facility, are accused of releasing Galban from his cell and having sex with him.
Both women have pleaded guilty in connection with the incident and that Galban manipulated them to have sex.
Curry, who was married to a deputy sheriff, was sentenced to four years and two months in prison.
