At the age of 21 Chef Eros, real name Tolu Erogbogbo, already owned a restaurant, but his journey in the food industry would not stop there.
He is the founder and CEO of Cookie Jar Bakery, and also the Executive Chef at Eros & Gourmet Foods. Widely admired for his passion for quality food and mastery of the culinary arts, Chef Tolu is currently the West African Chef Ambassador for German home appliance brand, “Miele.”
His recently launched breakfast service, Breakfast at Eros (BAE), continues to grow in popularity among a cosmopolitan audience of food lovers.
On the 30th of April 2017 @6pm, Chef Tolu will lead a Masterclass at the GTBank Food and Drink Fair to share his wealth of his experience on the art of cooking and the business of food retailing.
