Dubai based factory worker arrested with drugs padded in boxer short
The evil drug courier, Chijioke Chukwuemeka Raphael
Chijioke Chukwuemeka Raphael, a 36-year-old man, was found to have padded his boxer shorts with 1.8kg of cocaine which he had carefully pasted inside the short.
On interrogation, Raphael told the narcotics officials that he was given the drugs by some Nigerian barons based in the Asian country with the promise of N450,000 if he could successfully deliver the deadly consignment.
