Fraudster breaks down in court, promises to refund victim N1.4m
A notorious fraudster fainted in court after he was sentenced to seven years in prison.
Ohaegbulem was arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), on a 14-count charge bordering on conspiracy, forgery, impersonation and obtaining money by false pretences, alongside three other members of a syndicate who specialised in stealing various investors’ dividend warrants, which they sold to Ohaegbulem for clearing.
