The accused, Nathaniel Ojo, 33, Olokwu Daniel, 30, and Jude Thomas, 25, all security officers, as well as Richard Daniel, 36, and Micheal Adejo, 23, both factory hands, were arrested after the Manager of the company, Gbenga Ayodele, discovered that some sacks of Ponmo were missing from the warehouse.

On investigation, Thomas, the security guard on duty on the day the theft, was sacked by the company.
