Freed Chibok Girl Screams “They’ll Kill Me” On First Night

The Chibok girl was who was abandoned by Boko Haram and found wandering in Adamawa state is said to have spent her first night of freedom screaming “They’ll Kill Me”

A previously missing Chibok girl who was dumped by Boko Haram militants and found wandering in Adamawa state reportedly spent her first night of freedom screaming "They will kill me! They will kill me!"

Susan Ishaya was found in Mubi after allegedly being thrown off a truck by escaping insurgents. She was later confirmed to be 4 months pregnant.

The Rev. Enoch Mark who stayed with the girl through Thursday, September 25 said that she spent a tortured night, tossing and turning and screaming, Associated Press reports.

She was also said to be the daughter of a Chadian carpenter who moved to the town of Chibok many years ago.

The young girl is believed to be one of the over 200 schoolgirls who were kidnapped by Boko Haram on April 14, 2014.

She is currently receiving treatment in an unidentified hospital.
