The deceased identified as Jennifer Nyarko, who was reportedly suffering from hay Fever, jumped from the balcony of the Akuaffo Hall annex, Room 407, Punch reports.

According to the reports, the deceased had been missing lectures for days prior to her suicide.

Jennifer's roommate claims that the deceased had been on the phone throughout the night with a man before they had finally gone to bed.

The body of the deceased was found on the floor in front of the hall by a passerby who called the attention of other students as well as the school authority.

Punch reports that Jennifer was immediately rushed to the Legon Hospital, where she was confirmed dead.
