'Te Amo' marks Edward’s second release of the year, following the success of his previous single, 'Me & U'.

Since beginning his career as a songwriter and producer in 2018, Edward has continued to evolve as he incorporates Afrobeat, pop, R&B, soul, and hip-hop into his work, showcasing his versatility, and ‘Te Amo’ is a testament to that.

The song is a heartfelt ballad that captures the essence of true love, evoking the familiar feelings of butterflies and deep emotional connection.

Reflecting on the song’s creation, and the message behind it Edward said:

"For me, 'Te Amo' is a song that expresses the feeling of True Love and all the butterflies one feels in the stomach while experiencing those feelings. The Song revolves around the world of Pop and Indie music, with the influence of African drum patterns giving it that Afro-pop vibe."

Love is a general language for both the old and the young generation. Therefore, 'Te Amo' is a song for everyone.
