G-Mak has always had an interest in rap music but really didn't have the chance to work on his rap style. But while studying for his Masters degree in the University of Hull, he revived the passion for witty rap and teamed up with some other friends (G-stone, Slim Vinci) to form Golden Boy Records. GB Records succeeded in releasing grooving songs such as 'So she wind', 'Kilonshele' and 'Jump Off'.
