SA group set to release new album "20"

Fans can pre-order the album now and get the brand new single, 'O Fana Nawe,' featuring Nigerian superstar Yemi Alade.

'O Fana Nawe' (meaning someone like you), the second single, infuses South African and West African beats and is targeted to be a song for the rest of the year.

Mafikizolo, One of South Africa’s favourite music duo’s (consisting of Theo Kgosinkwe and Nhlanhla Nciza) have kept South Africa and the rest of the world dancing with their trademark blend of Afro pop, Kwela and Marabi sounds.

The dynamic duo continues to be a force to reckon with powerful hits like “Meet Me At The River”, the explosive “Khona” and most recently, 'Love Potion'.

The star-studded album, set for release 24 November 2017, includes features from Kly(SA), Gemini Major(SA), Ralph Gum(SA), Monique Bingham (USA), Syleena Johnson(USA), Yemi Alade(Nigeria), Diamond Platnumz(Tanzania). Producers include DJ Maphorisa, Gemini Major, DJ Ganyani, Masterkraft and more.

To celebrate their anniversary in the music industry and release of their album, , the group will return to Silverstar Casino’s Globe, the group’s own backyard, to perform both evergreens and new material in this never-to-be-repeated special performance.

This December, the award-winning group will also be launching their new album, aptly titled through Universal Music Group. Mafikizolo will be backed by their accomplished live band and accompanied with a choral of dancers. Fans can expect to hear songs from their new album and also those that shaped their career over the last two decades.
