Skales Drops Emotional 'Shining' Song On His Birthday

Today, Nigerian musician and rapper, Skales, is a year older, and he drops a song ‘Shining’, which totally explains the state of his mind and career.

After an eventful 3-year stint with Banky W-led EME Record Company, the 23-year old was dropped unceremoniously amidst huge public outcry and debate. In ‘Shining’ Skales reveals the true state of his mind, baring his soul, with thinly veiled lines directed at his recent bad patch.

Unconfirmed reports had stated that he was signed unto Timaya’s Dem Mama Records, but neither party has come out to confirm the news or deny it.

Listen to ‘Shining’, and you’ll no doubt feel Skale’s emotions overwhelm you. What’s next for him? A new deal? Maybe he’ll start his personal label.

Listen to ‘Shining’ produced by Geek Beat. Slow down and feel. Download Shining-Prod.-Geek-Beats.mp3 here.
