There have been quite a lot of speculations about Jay Z’s record label, ROC Nation setting up shop in Nigeria. Well HOV might have just confirmed the rumour himself.

On Twitter this evening, Sunday, April 26, 2015, while sharing his views on his new music streaming platform Tidal – the media mogul stated that his cousin Briant ‘Bee-High’ Biggs is currently in Nigeria ‘discovering new talent’.

FYI: Jay has named dropped Bee-High a couple of times – in his DECODED autobiography and in his 2001 album ‘’ ('Momma loves me'). He managed some artists on Roc-A-Fella Records, before moving to Roc Nation where he is currently the director of mobile strategies.

It also seems like ROC Nation have discovered their flagship act – Chocolate City Music’s Ice Prince. In an interview with Power 106's The Breakfast Club radio morning show in New York, Ice Prince (real name Panshak Zamani) confirmed that he is in talks with Jay Z and ROC Nation.Days before the interview, Ice shared an Instagram photo of himself and Jay Z with the caption ‘#Roc The story Loading...
