Musician clocks 74, says he didn’t know he would live this long.

Evangelist (Dr) Ebenezer Obey-Fabiyi clocks 74 years today. The music veteran, full of gratitude, says he never thought he would make it this far.

Ebenezer Obey gives scholarship to 10 music students in tertiary institutions.

When the Miliki juju crooner was asked how it felt to to be 74 years old, he said he felt grateful to God for all the good things he has in his life.

"…I give thanks to God Almighty," he said.  "I say this because I have seen the goodness and faithfulness of God in my life. He has given me everything I need here on earth, and I want to thank Him for all he has done for me," he beamed

The legendary musician says he never imagined that he would attain the old age of 74, and that he has absolutely no regret whatsoever regarding the way his life has panned out.

"I never knew I could attain this age, but I have committed everything about me into the hands of God. There are certain things in life I don’t bother myself about; because I know God is in control of my life. My coming to the earth has been fulfilled and the time I will go back is in the hands of God," he says.

Pulse Music wishes the Legend a very happy birthday, and more years in good health and further prosperity.

Cheers to the Legend!
