Singer releases 'Extraordinary' video

The popular Nigerian singer, who refers to himself as Eja Nla released the music video to raise awareness for gender equality and women's empowerment.

D'Banj and the DB Records crew hanging out with Will.i.am

Nigerian music act, D'Banj has released the music video to his song, , which he performed at the World Bank supported Global Poverty Project show in the United States of America on April 18, 2015.

Interestingly, the music video of ExtraOrdinary, a fusion of Dance music and Afrocentric lyrics, features cameo appearances from international music acts that include Will.i.am, Common, Usher, Chris Martin and Fally Ipupa.

The video also shows the kokomaster performing the single to a crowd of over 250,000 people in support of the end poverty campaign.

“I believe we can have a world free from poverty, but to do so we must tackle the root causes and start addressing key issues like gender equality and agriculture,” he says.

'In order to eradicate poverty, you have to have equality. What’s good for he, is good for she,' D'Banj noted.
