Singer working with Mayorkun on new single

The singer hinted this through a tweet he shared on Thursday, October 4, 2018.

The caption of the tweet has however generated some form of online controversy as D'banj posted, ''Congratulations Mayorkun you should thank. @CheekyChizzy_ he made me do this now We Got One. #HitAlert''

The tweet had a number of twitter users asking if he would not have jumped on a song with Mayorkun without the intercession of Cheeky Chizzy, who also has a song with D'banj titled, 'Lemonade' released earlier in the year.

Following the loss of his son, Daniel Oyebanjo III in June, it is understandable if the singer decides to stay off the scene for a while.

Mayorkun has however responded by appreciating the Koko master with a tweet stating, ''Blessings Banga Lee, its about to be a madness.''

Mayorkun, who released two singles in 'Posh' and 'Fantasy', with the former already enjoying rave reviews, is currently rounding up work on his debut album, which will be released before the end of the year.
