Singer Blesses 'Supposed' Rival On New 'Ayo' Album

He and Davido has in the previous weeks reportedly been involved in a bitter social media battle, with plenty of media coverage and analysis. But it appears both sides are ready to bury the hatchet.

Singer Davido has congratulated his supposed 'beef' rival, Wizkid on the initial success of his new album 'Ayo'.

Wizkid who dropped his sophomore album on online stores, Wednesday September 17, 2014, after it was leaked by unknown bootleggers, has topped the iTunes Nigeria, chart, and performed admirably in other countries.

Davido congratulated Wizkid on the release of his new album. The star singer hailed Wizkid and Psquare on the release of their albums (Ayo and Double Trouble).

Apparently, Davido was sincere when he went on Olisa’s The Truth to say there’s no beef as he’d bared his mind over the matter and long moved on. He has further confirmed this with a congratulatory gesture. See his tweet below.
