In March 2015, 'The Daily Show' appointed Trevor Noah as a replacement for Jon Stewart, and in a new promo clip, the South African comedy says nothing's going to change on show.
“It’s still The Daily Show,” he assures them in clip. “Nothing’s going to change.”
Noah made his debut as a contributor to the nightly satirical show in December 2014, becoming the first South African stand-up comedian to appear on the late night show.
The South African made his U.S. TV debut in 2012 on 'The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.'
Trevor was born in South Africa to a black South African mother and a white European father.
Stewart left 'The Daily Show' after 16 years of hosting the popular show. His last show was on August 6, 2015.
Noah's first show is scheduled for September 28, 2015.
