"Shuga" actor talks acting career, starring alongside Dakore Akande in "Fifty"

In an exclusive interview with Pulse Nigeria, "Shuga" star, Timini Egbuson spoke on acting alongside his sister, Dakore Akande, his top 5 Nollywood actors, his acting career and more.

Timini Egbuson is popular for his role as Tobi on MTV's "Shuga."

The actor who has been in the acting industry for four years, and has starred in ', ', 'and 'recently had an exclusive chat with Pulse Nigeria.

In the chat, the actor spoke on his acting career, his "Shuga" experience, starring alongside his sister Dakore Egbuson Akande, his top 5 Nollywood actors among other interesting topics.

On his acting career;

"I have been acting since I was a kid. Basically stage dramas. And then when I was in my final year in University of Lagos, I auditioned for Tinsel. My major 1st TV experience was on Tinsel, and I played the character Dozie."

Speaking on "Shuga," the actor described his experience on set of series as a 'mind blowing' one. "Everything was 100%. From the lighting to the schedule, everything was amazing," he said.

On the one person that has had a tremendous impact on his career, he said "This question is kind of like obvious. It will be Dakore Egbuson - Akande. If you said no family member or something, it would be Ramsey Nouah."

The actor also spoke on his hardest movie role, his character in the much talked about movie "Fifty," getting into character as an actor, and more.
