Captain Cold and Heat Wave are set to return to Central City in the next episode of 'The Flash'.
Next week’s episode of show will feature the return of 'The Rogues' as Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller) and Heat Wave (Dominic Purcell) storm the city.
Synopsis
"The Flash learns that Captain Cold and Heat Wave have returned to Central City. This time Snart has brought along his baby sister Lisa (guest star Peyton List) to help wreak havoc on the city."
