Ghanaian actor John Dumelo is on set for a new film in Cameroon. The actor arrived in the central African nation for the first time yesterday (September 25) and moved straight into action today. Commencing his new project, John was invited unto the Penjo Entertainment’s Aspire Africa Show this morning in Buea to discuss more on his role in the upcoming movie.
John Dumelo will play the lead actor in the film, “My Gallery” alongside Cameroon actress Kelly Aziah as the female lead. There are speculations that the drama directed by Enah Johnscott will take a maximum of a month for shooting in close to three different Regions.
In his interview with Aspire Africa with Anita, John described his first time visit as “very exciting” and hopes to come back on a regular basis. “Cameroon is very hospitable and looks like a place for more things to be done” John mentioned. “It’s my first film in Cameroon and I am honored to be that guy. It’s an interesting drama for which I pray I can bring it out the way the director planned for it to be” he added.
