The students of the Royal Arts Academy (RAA) will be premiering a new film titled ‘Spotlight’ in December.

The film will make its nationwide debut on Friday, December 4, 2015.

Nollywood filmmaker Emem Isong established Royal Arts Academy in June 2010 to train actors and filmmakers and build their creative skills.

The school offers training specifically in acting, directing, editing and scriptwriting.

The upcoming movie premiere is part of The Spotlight Project from the film school. This affair also includes a short film competition and an awards ceremony.

 

The Spotlight Movie Awards comes up on Thursday, December 3 at the Shell Hall, Muson Centre in Lagos.

Earlier this year, some students from RAA were involved in the production of “One Fine Day” starring Olu Jacobs, Joke Silva and Funke Akindele.
