Singer set to perform in musical play ‘Love Is, The Musical’

The veteran music star will be playing the role of a friend to lead character, Juliet in the musical play set to hold 5th of February at the Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.

As part of the cast of the upcoming third edition of “Love is…The Musical” Sound Sultan says he is ready to show more of his artistic gift.

The veteran music star will be playing the role of a friend to lead character, Juliet in the musical play set to hold 5th of February at the Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.

“I have always wanted to do something like this, not just because it is a lot of fun but also because I come from an arts background and my family is involved in theatre arts and the movie industry. ‘Love Is…The Musical’ is like a merger between my two passions. I cannot wait to get up on that stage on February 5 and show a different side of my artistic personality.” Says Sound Sultan.

The show which features over 40 cast and crew-members tells the musical story of a poet, a professional dancer and a businesswoman – who are on a journey in search of love, the musical show follows their journey of discovery as they attempt to answer the question “What is Love?”

Created and directed by Ice Nweke, “Love Is…The Musical” is produced by Ixtreme and Limitless Mind Africa.
