According to The Hollywood Reporter, Kirsten Smith and Karen McCullah will write the upcoming movie, with 'Cinderella's Alli Shearmur producing.
Following the original hit which grossed $140 million at the US box office, a sequel titled 'Sister Act 2: Back in the Habit' was released.
Will Goldberg be a part of the upcoming sequel? One can only anticipate as there have been no further news on the plot or cast of the upcoming reboot.
