For the 'Best Actress' in a drama' category, Rita Dominic is in the running for her role in 'Iyore'. Others in the category include Kehinde Bankole - October 1, Amaka Mgbor - A Place in the Stars, Ivie Okujaye - Make a Move, Joselyn Dumas - Love or Something Like That and Aisha Kamara - Reflections.

For the 'Best Actor' in a drama' category, Gideon Okeke is in the running for his role in 'A Place in the Stars'. He is up against talented actors like IK Ogbonna - Honeymoon Hotel, Mike Ezuruonye - Unforgivable, Wole Ojo - Brave, OC Ukeje - Secret Room, OC Ukeje - Confusion Na Wa and Adjetey Anang - Devil in the Detail.

For the 'Best Movie of the Year'; Iyore - Frank Rajah, Invasion 1897 - Lancelot Imaseun, October 1 - Kunle Afolayan, A Place in the Stars - Steve Gakus and Yellow Cassava - Zeb Ejiro are in running for the great prize.
