'At first, we just wanted to act but audience made it big,' actress speaks

Nollywood star actress, Rita Dominic revealed that she just wanted to act when she started out in Nollywood but the audience made it a big industry to thrive in.

Nollywood star actress, Rita Dominic revealed that she just wanted to act when she started out in Nollywood but the audience made it a big industry to thrive in.

Speaking in an interview session with BloomerangTV Africa, the Nigerian star narrated her journey in the Nigeria movie industry that grew to become Nollywood, her 30 years of experience which kicked off with being achild actor in soap operas to being recognized for her production debut with .

The 39-year-old also delved into the challenges faced by several filmmakers in Nigeria with her experience during the production of The Meeting with partner, Mildred Okwo.

Dominic was profiled in the session alongside Delphine Itambi, a pioneer in Cameroon's developing film industry and Jacqueline Motsepewe, one of the founding members of the South Africa film and TV awards.
