"Remember Me" 5 reasons to watch movie starring Uru Eke, OC Ukeje, Femi Jacobs

On Saturday, March 19, 2016, Nollywood actress Uru Eke will premiere her debut movie production “Remember Me,”which was shot in Akudo village, Lagos, Nigeria.

We have put together five reasons why we think every movie lover should go see the movie.

1. It’s Uru Eke’s production debut

From “Forgive me Father” to “Being Mrs Elliott,” we have seen Uru  as a talented actress, and every lover of fresh talent should be interested in seeing what the actress has to offer as a producer.

2. It is star studded.

The upcoming movie stars AMVCA award winners Femi Jacobs and OC Ukeje, the movie also stars Uru alongside Rich Tanksley, Enyinna Nwigwe, Victor Olaotan, Anthony Manjaro and Chigul (Chioma Omeruah).

3. Because you’ve probably seen enough love stories to last you a lifetime, and it’s time for something new.

The film has a different theme, which you should be excited about seeing. “Remember Me” centres around accountability, transparency and corruption.

Uru decided to go for a movie that tackles the issues of corruption and illegal land leases, and that is enough reason for you to anticipate "Remember Me."

4. It was directed by Izu Ojukwu.

From the days of “Across the Niger” to “White Waters,” Izu Ojukwu has always been a well known talented filmmaker.

He’s also the director behind one of the most anticipated films of the year - “76.” Any film directed by him is totally worth watching.

5. It also stars the talented Chigul(Chioma Omeruah).

Just in case the plot sounds a little too serious, you should know that the movie also stars  the comedienne Chigul(Chioma Omeruah) as the character “Sissy,” so you should expect the perfect comic relief.
