Following the circulation of a viral picture last week that showed the warring actresses clarion chukwurah and ibinabofibiresima standing cosily together with the director Teco benson, we all thought that the actresses had kissed and made up. However, in a recent interview with the punch, Clarion Chukwurah, who won the best actress award at the recently concluded AMAA awards, explains that we might be wrong after all as her initial stand in the issue with the AGN president is still maintained.

According to her, that picture was taken after her award when everyone including ibinabo beckoned her for a hug and a picture. Clarion expressed her displeasure over a recent publication in which she said she was misinterpreted. She said the publication was meant to fuel a phantom duel between Ibinabo and her and to shift attention away from the salient issues vital to the growth of the guild.

The main reason behind the disagreement between Clarion chukwurah and Ibinabo spawns from the fact that Clarion believes Ibinabo is doing a poor job as the president of the actors guild of Nigeria, and isn’t fit to lead.
